Globalizations has revolutionized our way of living. With the advancements in science and technology we are moving towards life full of comforts and luxuries. These are not obligatory for survival but they beyond doubts increase the survival value. There are technologies in the fields of physical science, biological science and computer science but computer science along with IT has made other sciences suitably available to mankind not only to help us in day to day activities but for the higher slandered of livings. Now, we can browse while in bed, while travelling and while doing other daily routine works. It is only due to IT a doctor in India can perform a tedious operation taking guidance and instruction from the abroad, anyone can talk to his lovable by video conferencing, can transfer money, pay the bills, get appointments in hospitals, hotels and other services industries and many more. People in rural areas can have weather for caste to save his crops and own life. Online shopping is now growing at a higher pace. We can purchase and sell the daily use items at our door step without wasting time in hovering the crowded markets. So, we can spare sufficient time for our family, health and professional growth. In this paper, I have tried to understand and discuss the role of IT in having life full of comfort and luxury without any adverse effects on environment and the self.
